Woven Voices: January 2008 Update

I launched this project on December 29, 2007. Since that time I have received in response over a hundred emails and over two dozen paper messages from California to Florida. I have heard from at least three schools in New England that have adopted the project into the classroom curriculum. I am so pleased!

I will be leaving for India this week. Traveling on a pilgrimage to an ashram in Southern India to chant and meditate for two weeks. I will return in early February. My plan is to continue to gather messages until early March and then begin the flag weaving.

This project "Woven Voices: Message from the heart" is a long term project. There is no deadline for me to receive the messages.
