This piece was created as a wedding gift. A photograph of the couple on their wedding day is printed on cloth and stitched to the weaving. Text of Kahil Gibran's poem "On Marriage" from The Prophet is written on paper that is folded and woven into the cloth. The woven and stitched images celebrate the joining of these two lives.
