A disabled adult community, Biddeford, ME

This was a collaborative project to honor the retiring founding director, Richard Tryon. Created by staff and clients at several day-care and residential sites for disabled adults, this community weaving is a visual image of the gratitude and love felt for the retiring director. The circular weaving was embellished with a circle of clothespin dolls created as self portraits of all the participants, as well as ribbons of good wishes for Mr. Tryon. 2003
